A Streamer is a long piece of fabric which is attached to a wooden dowel or fiberglass pole. It can be wide or narrow in width and is usually made with fabric that is light in order for it to flow smoothly.
Definitions of Streamer:
Streamer in Hebrew is from sh-buw (sheb-oo') (#7618) It is a word that gives the idea of flashes or streams of flame. It is also identified by another Hebrew word, habiyb (shaw-beeb') (#7632) which means flame, as to split into tongues, spark. Another definition for the streamer is "A long narrow flag, banner or pennant. It can also be a column of light shooting across the sky
