Ordering & Shipping Policy
ALL SALES ARE FINAL! ALL of our items are made upon order. Each hand-dyed Silk Flag and Billow will be unique in their coloration and may be different in shading from the pictures on our site as each one is individually hand-dyed. There are variations in silk which can affect how the dye is absorbed which can cause areas that look like water spots or there can be back-staining on occasion which is when the dye transfers to an area on a flag it was not originally during the dye-setting process. Please keep this in mind when you are ordering and upon receipt of your Silk item. The variations and uniqueness does not in any way effect the way the flags fly.
All of our items are made to be a blessing to our customers as well as our Lord. We want you to be happy with your order. We encourage good communication prior to placing your order to ensure your complete satisfaction. Our desire is to Equip you with a quality product to Honor and Worship the Lord our God! In preparation to its service to the Lord, each item will be made with love, prayer, anointed with oil and sent out with a blessing.

ORDERING PROCESS
Orders can be placed by either our convenient Paypal buttons on our website, by email or regular mail; in which an invoice will be sent. Only payments through Paypal or Cash are accepted. No personal checks please. If you pay by PayPal you will also be offered a payment plan through them if you are interested. You will also have the choice of paying by check through PayPal as well. Your order will be held until the check has cleared. Upon the receipt of an order in our office, it will be confirmed via email and/or mail according to the form of the order. This email/or mail will also give you an up to date time span for your orders completion according to the work load in house at the time of your order. Upon receipt of the full payment, production of your order will begin. It will be shipped upon completion, which will usually be within 2 to 4 weeks depending on the size and type of order and work load already in house.
If a Specific Delivery Due Date is required please contact us prior to placing your order and we will let you know if our schedule can be arranged to accommodate your request. Upon approval, please note request in the "Special Instructions" box at the checkout of your order. Please be aware that our hand dyed silk flags have at least a one week "creation/processing" time for each silk flag ordered. Our 9 Foot Square "I AM" Billow CAN NOT be completed in less than 2 weeks. If your Specific Delivery Due Date is for anytime prior to our 2 week minimum there will be a "Rush Order" fee of $25.00 added to your Shipping Fee (See Rates listed below) which will be added to the price of your order if there is a possibility that we can accomplish the request. The "Rush Delivery" Shipping method will need to be selected at the time of check-out after approval with our office. Also, please keep in mind that the month before, during and the month after Holiday months, our completion schedule may be approximately 4 to 6 weeks due to the high volume of orders and our presentation/teaching schedules.
SHIPPING INFORMATION
ALL orders will be shipped through the United States Postal Service (USPS) by Priority Mail with insurance and delivery confirmation. Normal Priority Delivery time is 2-3 days from the shipping date. Pick-ups are no charge unless it is a Rush order. Rush orders are any order with a delivery requirement prior to our 2 week minimum. The Rush order fee is based on the amount of items starting at the Priority Shipping amount plus $25.00 for one item and increasing an additional $10.00 more for each additional item. Theses orders MUST be approved prior to the order being placed. Charts are shown below. Shipping destinations are limited to the United States and its territories only. If customers who live out of these areas have someone in the United States whom can receive and then ship the order to them, we can do that. Customers will receive a tracking number by email which will enable them to track the progress of their delivery. Standard Priority Shipping and Insurance Charges will range between $7.00 - $34.00 according to the amount of items ordered and shipping method chosen which will show on your invoice upon the completion of your order.

As you can see, the price is EXTREMELY high. This is why we highly recommend that you plan ahead for all of your orders. It will save you money and you will have your Instruments of Worship prior to your event to be able to practice with them. Orders should be placed at least 2 weeks prior to the date you will need them.
